Bar Drawing-Twisting
Machine is one of important auxiliary equipment for production of
steel bar grating. The machine consists of three units, which are
respectively used to mill end of round bar into tip, draw round bar
into twisted bar, straighten & cut twisted bar into sized
lengths.

Function
2.1 Tip Mill: An end of round bar can be
milled into a conic tip and diameter may be adjustable.
2.2Horizontal Bar Drawing Unit: A round bar
can be drawn into a twisted bar and it has such functions as laying
bar, removing scale, drawing bar and coiling up. Coiling-up speed
is variable and Unloading of coiled twisted bar is easy.
2.3 Straightening-Cutting Unit: Coiled twisted
bar can be straightened & cut off, and sized length is
variable.
