explain some details about led chips:
Here I would like to introduce you something
about Bridgelux chips; As I told you the chips have normally THREE
kinds**-size of the chips; they are *8mil, *5mil, *0mil. And *0mil
is the best, and most expensive. *8mil only for 1W using, *5mil and
*0mil could work as 3W, which means if we make a light to be *0W,
we can use 3pcs chips to make it. Some company sell lower price as
I exampled. As you must know P=VI, when we say how many lumen for each watt,
we means the led lumens. Led also has its voltage, lower voltage
means better chips. Normally they are *8V**6V. Of course the Iis normally **0mA. For example, during the led voltage is
*0V, the power Pwill be
*0*0.*5=*0.5W, during the led voltage is *2V, the power
Pwill be *2*0.*5=*1.2W. So the led
voltage affected the led power. Another Chips have some levels, as bridgelux, it has
D1 D2 E1 E2 F1 F2…..people use
first four levels mostly.

NOTE: 1W=***0mw; as you all of you must know
led light has many heating, normally *0% for brightness, *0% for
heating. From the up details, you must know which level chips are
best, and how many percent for brightness and how many percent for
heating…right? For example, D1 chips, it has only ****7.5% for
brightness; but F2 has ****8% for brightness.
See? So you must be clearly that why so many
companies have so many different prices, of course you can choose
it by yourself. The lumens we said were only the led lumens. When
we put on the glass and lens, the whole product lumen will
decreased, please know that. When you see the test report of the
light, that’s the total power of the light included the driver
power. Here you must ask how many for driver power? Normally the
driver efficiency is about ****0%, UL driver *5%, which means **0W
light, extra ****0W are from driver, 5W from UL driver, wish you
can understand what I mean? If not, please ask. So from this way,
you can calculate out the whole product lumens to suggest all of
your clients, you can also explain what I said to
them. Nowadays, more and more people ask for better
price, but they never know factories give what kind of chips and
led and driver, and housing. Different quality housing will affect
the whole product lumens and light life. Lower level chips will
give brightness losing during days passed. That’s the reason why
some sell lower, some sell
higher.
