II Design Characteristics :
This product is designed on the basis of RCDA series iron
separator. A frame machine and an iron discharging belt are added
to form a belt-type automatic iron discharge magnetic iron
separator. It uses pancake coils, increases the air passage and
increases the contact area of air in the coils, making the effect
of air cooling better.
Use of axial flow motors increases the wind pressure, air
volume and ensures effect air cooling.
The control cabinet uses interlocking mechanism. After the
blower motor starts working, the iron separator begins to work. If
the motor fails to work, the iron separator cuts off excitation,
stops and gives alarm.
It uses cycloid-pin wheel reduction gears instead of oil
cooled roller to unload the iron, thus is reliable, convenient in
iron discharge and simple in maintenance.
III Product application:
These iron separators are ideal for production lines of coal,
mining, steel, chemicals, building materials, electricity and other
industries to remove ferromagnetic material from dry coal, coke,
limestone, gravel and other loose materials with large grain size
substance, little dust but more iron content
