II Design Characteristics :
This design uses our temperature control technology (patent no. ZL
*******4.1). a method for self-cooling of the iron separator, that
is to increase the number of turns in the coil(N) and decrease the
electric current density(I) on condition that the main
parameters(IN) of the magnetic properties remain unchanged, which
greatly reduces the heat source, effectively regulate the
temperature rise in the Iron separator within *0 degree,
substantially increases the life span of the Iron separator and
saves energy.
It uses fully enclosed, double magnetic circuit structure and has
dual magnetic poles. (refer to RSCDB series magnetic field
distribution diagram)
The frindge magnetic field is doubled and better in attraction of
long iron pieces and protects the belt conveyor from tearing.
It uses cycloid-pin wheel reduction gears to unload the iron, thus
is reliable.
III Product application:
The product can be used in electricity, coal, steel, mining,
building materials, chemicals, food, dock and other industries to
remove mixed ferromagnetic substances during conveying loose
materials .
