The mould producing equipment is advanced.
The mould workshop now has the advanced Overturn Machine,
Digital-controlled Processing Center, Electric-spark Moulding
Machine and Vertical Numerically- controlled Milling Machine, etc.
These equipments ensure the moulds qualities and producing
speeds.
The adoption of the modern enterprise management makes a firm
foundation for the scientific administration of the company.
In ***5 the cooperation imported the CI Project, worked out the CI
Manual, and promoted “HOYO” Brand. All these have improved the
corporate identity and its popularity both in demotic and
international markets, bringing a new motivity for the development
of the company.
In ***5 HOYO Industrial Co.,Ltd cooperated with South China
University of Technology to develop successfully the Production
Plan Management Software, which played favorable effect for the
production and management in working process. In ***6 the two parts
cooperated again to improve this software with great success, which
was kept in use until August ***0 when Hao You cooperation
developed by themselves the software MRP II.
Regards to the quality management, the company won the ISO***1
Quality System Authentication certificate issued by the German
Rheinland Cooperation in October ***8. It became the first domestic
company of producing plastic goods to pass this certification. In
October ***1 it again passed the ISO***1 Quality Management Systems
authentication, which improved its quality management to a new
step.
Regards to the administration measures, the company has over *0
computers, widely using computer network for information
communication. The employees have many opportunities for trains,
and improve continuously their ability and operation levels.
