Application :
Softener flake F6 is a high grade softener for fabric after finishing,apply for acrylic,polyester, cotton,nylon and blended fabrics and etc.

Character:

1.     It has good softness,antistatic and emulsify,disperse,smooth property.

2.     Apply for all kinds of fabrics finishing,impart fabrics fluffy,smooth,soft handle feel and good water absorbability.

3.     Disperse easy in water to emulsion,low bubble.

4.     Prepare proportion of ***0% for reserve,dilute emulsion with water when use.

5.     It can use alone,and work with cationic and nonionic softener also.

Dissolve method:

1. Add softener flake F6 in the proportion of ***0% into room temperature water,stir and heat to ****0℃ till dissolve completely and become paste.Usually take about ****0 minutes.

2. Add softener flake F6 in the proportion of ***0% into water of temperature ****0℃,stir to completely dissolve.

Recommended usage
1. Soft finishing after bleach and dye,dosage of **5%,temperauter at*5℃±*0℃,runing time *0 minutes.

2. Work with resin,dosage of 3%.
