Pick Cutter:
Our shearer pick uses high-strength
alloy steels after the hot-pressed, with the excellent wear-ability
and impact toughness. By special high-frequency welding techniques,
high-strength alloy steels of high wear resistant is welded to the
body as cutting edges.
At the same time, with the plasma
melting and covering technology, special hardened metal ceramic was
used to cover the head of pick to increase the impact toughness, so
that materials reducing the pick damage and extending the useful
life.
Pick cutter can be widely used in
the fields of coal mining, excavating machines, shearer etc. for
