Fiberglass needled mat is comprised of high-purity E-Glass fibers which are first chopped into 3cm*8cm fibers by guillotine machine and then puffed, carded and continuously needled by thousands of special needles.
Fiberglass needled mat comprised of inorganic E-Glass fibers mainly contains siliceous alumina and calcium oxide. It has excellent insulation efficiency, obdurability, fireproofing.

Application:
Fiberglass needled mat was immerged into resin and in shape of board. It can be applied to heat and sound insulation of building and gaskets for air conditioning.
Fiberglass needled mat is covered with aluminum foil or plastic cloth in the shape of belt. It provides good protection for heat & cold pipeline and underground pipelines.
Fiberglass needled mat has excellent performance on heat insulation efficiency, obdurability, fireproofing and non-corrosiveness. It can be applied to automotive catalytic converter, marine industry, boiler and also home appliances. It can replace asbestos products.
E-fiberglass needled mat has an excellent noise isolation capacity; it can absorb noise and also vibration.
