Multi-axial fabric is the non-crimp, multi-axis and multi-layered reinforcement. Layer count, orientation, weight and fiber content of the layers vary based on product line and application. The layers are stitched via polyester yarn. Fabrics can be produced by using multiple axes (0°, *0 °, **5°, **5°) or combining with chopped mat and multiple layers of veil and/or non-woven materials. Structure or NCF non-crimp fabric can be produced in directions of 0 degree, *5 degree, *0 degree or **5 degree to form unidirectional fabric, biaxial fabric, tri-axial fabric and quad-axial fabric.
