Usage
WZDS Series Biaxial self-synchronization elliptical(linear) same
thickness screen are widely used in metallurgy industry such as
sinter ore, sintering and palletizing , ore classification in mine
industry, classification dehydration and referral, etc. Compare
with the other same type products, the screen has larger
capability, higher efficiency, more simple structure, more simple
control, lower failure and lower cost. They are the first choice
for large sintering plant, Pelletizing plant, Concentrator, coal
preparation plant, coal washery and also the ideal substitutes of
large vibrationg screen for the international project.
Working principle:
The two motors use the shaft to make the eccentric plate on the
exciter rotate reversely. The linear or elliptical vibrating made
by the eccentric plate on the two axes drives the screen box on the
screen base through the isolation system to vibrate linearly or
elliptically. After sending the materials into the screen box, the
materials are categorized by size on the screen plate in the
vibrating process. As the biaxial self-synchronization
elliptical(linear) same thickness screen does not use any mandatory
synchronization devices to achieve self-synchronization, which
makes the structure simple without the complex synchronization
devices. It is simple managed, has less separate parts, less
failure, less mend, so the cost is lower. It has the advance of
short path, few parts little energy cost, save energy, low noise.
