WILLSEAL Acetic
General Purpose Silicone Sealant is
one-part room temperature Acetoxy
silicone sealant.
It has excellent weather
ability, waterproof and good
adhesion to most construction materials. It is suitable
for sealing, repairing, glazing and mending of glass,
auto windscreen, glazing for window panels and other
general building materials bonding.
TYPICAL USES
Sealing heating, ventilating or air conditioning duct
work
Seal cracks or gaps around windows, vents, ducts, fixtures and
skylights
Seal leaks in gutters, downspouts, ducts and piping
Seal cracks in interior walls and ceilings, door joints and
fixtures
Seal electrical connections and boxes to water proof
Bond gaskets in heating and refrigeration units
PREPARATION
The subtract areas that will be
in contact with the sealant must be clean, dry and free of all
loose materials, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and other contaminants.
Non-porous substrates should be cleaned with a solvent and a clean,
lint-free, cotton cloth. Wipe dry immediately with another such
cloth before the solvent evaporates from the surface.
PACKAGING
WILLSEAL – Acetoxy sealant is
available in standard caulking cartridges. Other sizes available
upon request.
COLOURS
WILLSEAL – Acetoxy sealant is
available in clear, white, black, grey, light grey, brown, blue,
ivory, cream and special colors can be manufactured.
