Performance

1. The press body adopt frame type steel structure with high rigidness , not only it has the normal pressing mode ,

but also it has the movable and rotary pressing mode ,it can meet different accuracy requirements.

2. The hydraulic control system consists with cartridge type valves ,imported proportional pumps and other 

proportional valves ,the speed and pressure of pressing head could be adjusted within the nominal

 parameter ,the prodedure is controllable

3. Electrical control system is operated by both the computer and PLC.

4.Lifting device and roll conveying device are also equipped which can improve the forming efficiency,it also has 

the hydraulic lock preventing the pressing~head down sliding and remote control system.
