Description
Spiral Classifier mainly consists of gears, screw body, chute,
riser, bush and pulp dump valve.
Categories:
single—spiral classifier, double—spiral classifier, high-weir
single spiral classifier and high-weir double spiral classifier;
immersed single spiral classifier and immersed double spiral
classifier.
Advantages:
Spiral Classifier is simply designed,and it is easy to operate.
Application:Spiral Classifier is indispensable in concentration
plant. It can work together with a ball mill to form a closed cycle
to separate ore. Moreover, it can be used alone in the gravity
concentration plant to separate sand and slurry or make granularity
separation of ore pulp in metal concentration process. It can be
also used in sand washing, desliming and dehydration.
