We the Seller guarantee to the Buyer that the Goods delivered under
the present Contract will
correspond to the characteristics shown below:
The scrap consists out of a mix of mill scrap (stampings, cuttings,
bars, etc.), Industrial scrap (nuts,
bolts, misc. pieces, etc), auto and truck frames and bodies,
railroad scrap (wheels, axles, parts of
locomotives and carriages, etc.), ship scrap (fittings, plate
pieces, parts), construction scrap (plate,
bars, angle pieces, rods, steel pipe, etc.) and miscellaneous
commercial scrap (appliance casings,
frames and parts, etc.).
Non-metal impurities total 1% (one percent) or less .The scrap will
also be totally free from any types
of bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed
containers, gas cylinders , explosive
shells or explosive materials in any form either used or otherwise
as per the ISRI code below..
Steel scrap defined as HMS 1 & 2 in an *0/*0 mix under ISRI
codes **0 through **6 as defined.
HMS 1 / 2 - ISRI CODES:
HMS 1 - ISRI Code **0: Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron and/or
steel scrap ¼ inch or steel scrap ¼
inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over *0 x *4
inches (charging box size) prepared in a
manner to insure compact charging.

Wrought iron or steel scrap ¼ inch over

PROCEDURES
BELOW IS PROCEDURE AND IT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE:
{1} Buyer issue ICPO to Seller with banking information.
{2} Seller issue FCO to buyer, buyer countersign FCO and send back
to seller with a letter of
acceptance of procedure and conditions of transaction.
{3} Seller issue draft contract open for amendments, buyer
countersign contract and return to seller.
{4} Seller sends Final and approved contract in PDF format to
buyer, Buyer and Seller lodge contract
with their respective banks.
{5} The contract comes into force under acceptance from both
Parties (and from their respective
Banks) of the quality of the transmitted Financial Instruments.
{6} Buyer issue MT**0 BLOCK FUND as POF to seller’s nominated
bank.
{7} Upon received of scanned copy of buyer’s MT**0 (POF) Seller
Bank
Swift the original “Purchase Allocation Code” (LEGALIZATION) to
Buyer’s Bank with Full POP
Documents includes 2% PB.

xiii. Copy of JSC RUSSRAIL contract to transport the product to the
port, Railways Wagon manifest

xiv. Copy of the port storage agreement.
