2 ****0.9), it means that each roll is driven by a independent
reducer, in this way, the mechanical interference between plate and
drive roll and negative torque can be eliminated , the use life of
work roll is prolonged and working roll surface is protected.
• The adoption of individual roll drive can realize the
leveling method of linear decrement pressing for medium & thick
plate. Because it conforms to leveling principle of steel plate,
the mechanical efficiency and greatly increase the leveling
precision at a time. At the same time, compared with deformation of
parallel bended, such action reduces the material deformation.
Therefore, aggregate leveling force and power consumption reduced
correspondingly.
• Variation of rolls(patent â„–: *3 1 ****4.8), leveling rolls
vary between n*2 and n, which take into account unparallel leveling
requirement ranging from thin to thick plates and expand the
leveling scope of the machine.
• It adopts combined pressing device of mechanic and hydraulic
power, leveling and pressing can work together, and the reduction
can be adjusted at random and controlled precisely. Pressing
efficiency greatly increased.
• Integrated closed stander is adopted, it has smooth great
circular arc on each corner and reasonable rib plate distribution.
The rigidity of the machine is greatly increased.
Wide and Heavy Plate Leveling Machine with Prestress
• Prestress framework structure: Prestress tie bars and frame
upright shaft cause the tensile and compressive deformation
respectively is under pre-tightening force. When the leveling
machine is under work force, the former redistributed, while the
latter increased and the press of the upright shaft will be
decreased .Therefore the performance of components material has a
full development.
• Small roll spacing and Small roll diameter: In order to
improve the quality of leveling quality, it adopts the type of
small roll spacing and small roll diameter. Due to the small
diameter of the work roll, the force is larger, so it adopts the
dense arrangement of supporting roll. Such arrangement can increase
the level stiffness of work roll, and the effect of roll bending is
better.
• The position of the straightening roll can be adjusted
separately: According to the straightening technique requirement,
this structure type can flexibly adjust the pressure, to enable
each straightening roll reaching its optimum state and reducing
straightening times.
• Technique control system: Computer models, according to the
thickness and width of the steel plate, straightness, and
temperature, can set rolls gap and automatic bite and feed steel.
It also owns the function of overload protection and AGC bounce
compensation etc.
• Force parameter on-line measurement technique: Through the
strain foil, it tests, displays and processes the online four road
deformation and strength parameters when the medium plate rolling
leveler is working, and it is provided with alarm function.
