fruits are washed in sterilized water to kill germs . fruits are taken off the nuts and are then opened by a special opener that are designed by us.
once the nuts are open the kernels are out. 
nuts are then dried by infra red driers
the nuts are then carried on conveier belts to a storrage place until is is needed
the fruit are found in africa only.
it is hand pick-up by local people. they are been paid for the nuts. it is then send to us via train.
