Description
The models of wood water heaters have a capacity of *0, **5 and **0
liters. The operation can be exclusively to wood, electric-wood or
electric-thermo-wood. The inner tank is realized in metal sheets of
great thickness with an hot-galvanizing treatment. The enclosure of
model *0 liters is glass-porcellanizing and it is resistant to the
high temperature generated by the furnace. The tank of **5 and **0
liters is powder painting and oven-heated at **0°.

With Base
1 - Tanks. The exclusive techniques of pressing and assembling, and
the careful pretreatment of all our tanks permit an accurate
carrying out of the galvanization with the insertion of
proportioned anodes in magnesium alloy (**0 gr. per sqm. of steel
plate) .
2 - Heat exchangers. The dimensioning and the relative positioning
guarantee an excellent exchange and temperature uniformity of all
the contents of the units. The exchanger are carried out in two
different way:
- Double wall exchanger with bilateral thermo connections on all
the **5 and **0 liters models:
- Double-tube with right, left or posterior thermo connections on
the *0 litres models.
3 - Insulation. Made of high density glass wool to keep the
temperature for a long time.
4 - Electric installation. The mixed electrical models have a **0
Volts monophase thermostat resistance unit of excellent quality,
proportioned length and power; positioned to guarantee excellent
functioning, and the heating of all the water contained.
5 - Enameling of the body. Is carried out at **0°C on the *0 liters
models, guaranteeing thus brilliance and resistance to strokes,
scratches and fire. The body of the other models are oven - heated
at **0°C after a pretreatment of phospho-degreasing and washing
in de-mineralized water. All the models have the basement enameled
at **0°C.
