The C.H.S SPE****0P-AF Power Source Convenient switch combines a small-high efficiency *-port *0/**0 Mbps switch with a standard **2.3af *-port Power over Ethernet (PoE). The SPE****0P PoE switch uses an external *8VDC power adaptor. All 4 PoE Ethernet ports can provide *5.4W power as well as *0/**0M data transmission over standard readily available Cat 5/ 5e / 6 cables. The new SPE****0P-AF allows for data and power to be transmitted over a single Ethernet twisted-pair cable to the attached devices.
The SPE****0P-AF switches is Power Source Equipment (PSE) and fully compatible with Powered Devices (PD) that comply with the IEEE **2.3af PoE standard, allowing users to attach any IEEE**2.3af compliant device such as wireless Access Points (APS), VOIP phone, IP camera, printer and Network Attached Storage (NAS) to the SPE****0P without requiring additional power on a network. The unit is designed with home and small business users in mind and is a cost effective solution for environments where AC power is not available or too costly to install.
