Rubber tiles are colored by the post-treated rubber particles coated with adhesive mixture, and then pressed. Mainly used for outdoor, can also be used indoors. Rubber tiles made of two different densities of material composition, colorful surface with fine powder or small plastic colored wire and through a special process, while the lower coarse powder or pellets, made of plastic wire.This rubber tile machine is specially used to produce rubber tiles. Each layer is matched with two sets of moulds , so it can be vulcanized batch by batch for better efficiency.
