1. Filterable

of molecular sieves and efficient dehydrant through
blower.When
air flows through the tower in molecular sieve fixed bed
layer, Nitrogen molecules in the air spread to the
solid of molecular sieve under absoption pressure, oxygen molecule
and argon atom through the beds to buffer tank, and the oxygen
compressor pressure to customer use pressure, transported to buffer
tank through the C ,the output for users to
use.
2. After
a period of adsorption,molecular sieve′particle is full of nitrogen
molecule, when achieve adsorption
saturation stage,close the air inlet valve,using oxygen-enriched
air in the vessel to wash another vessel which just evacuated
vacuum, shut down equalizing pressure valve when pressure fall to a
value,meanwhile opening vacuum pump inlet valve to pick up vacuum
form tower,nitrogen evacuate by the b.
3. After
achieving a certain vacuum degree,wash zeolites molecular sieve by
using oxygen-enriched air andpart products of tower in another tower so that
absoption get thorough desoption,afer desorption,pressure tower
though products,shut down buffer vavle as pressure to a low vacuum
degree value,and then opening blower outler vavle to pressure
absoption tower for the preparation of next
absorption.
