This is a device made to economically realize the class **0~**0,**0. Also, it is a compact unit with both cleaning functions and maintaining a constant temperature & humidity.

The airflow makes a uniform and stable air current, which prevents pollution from occuring again through turbulent flow. So it can satisfy any clean room condition. With a compact exterior, there is no need for a separate machine room making it quite economical.

All conditioned ICR and BCR are possible by efficiently systematizing the AIR CONTROL UNIT, CLEAN UNIT, and SUPPLY UNIT
