1. Fat and
Lipase
As one of the most important
energy sources for animals, fat contains 2.*5 times energy as much
as carbohydrate and can meet animal demand for high energy
consistence. Fat is the solvent of K lipsoluble vitamin and other
hormones and promotes their intussusception; meanwhile it supplies
animals with indispensable unsaturated fatty acid, keeping animals

Lipase is the fundamental
enzyme in lipometabolism, and it can hydrolyze fat into
