When the company do the renewal ,they should give the following documents:
 

1. Application Form for Provisional Registration of Overseas Supplier Enterprises of Imported Scrap Materials;

2. Business registration documents 

3. The plan and some photos of the permanent plant (including warehouse and processing locations) and office

4. Organizational structure, responsibilities of each departmentsï¼›

5. Quality controlling management system (operating manual/quality control documents)

6. Statement on environmental management system or certified certificate on environmental management systems; 

7. Statement on the source of supply and environmental protection control measures; 

8.Statement on No major safety, hygienic and environmental protection quality problems have been found in the company in the last year.
9.Copy of cotton aqsiq certificate
