OUR NON-NEGOTIABLE OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE:

1.  Buyer issues ICPO
2. Seller issues Draft Contract Open for Amendments.
3.   Buyer Countersigns and returns The Draft Contract via E mail to Seller.
4.   Seller issues Proforma invoice to Buyer
5.  Buyers Bank within five (5) banking Days sends via Swift Operative Irrevocable Confirmed and Non Transferable Letter of Credit MT**0or BG/SBLCto Seller\'s bankfor each shipmentfor **0% Pro-forma invoice value.
6.  Sellers Bank upon confirmation and acceptance of thequality of the transmitted financial Instrument from Buyers Bank swifts Full proof of product (POP) and 2% PB to Buyers Bank.
7. Delivery Commences as Per SPA Contract Agreement and the Shipment Should Arrive at Buyers CIF Destination Sea Port within Twenty to thirty (*0 to *5) Days.
8. Buyer releases payment to Seller afterQ & Q inspection at Buyers CIF destination Sea port
9.Seller releases payment to intermediaries within *8hrs of Buyers payment confirmation per signed IMFPA.
