Our range of
compression moulding machines are based on advanced U.S designs
which are manufactured by us in India since ***3 and sold at
economical Indian prices. These machines are based on minimum
deflection and platen parallelism within +/-.*5mm. They are sturdy
machines capable of precision moulding. The designs of these
presses are based on narrow foot print and no over crowding of
structure resulting in optimum space utilization.
Our compression presses provide uniform and constant curing pressure. They are PLC controlled with features such as automatic degassing (***9 times), pressing & degassing times that can be independently set and adjustable. The distance of mould opening for degassing is also freely set. The electrical control panels on machines are based on NEMA designs with easy access from all sides.
