Description
AAC is becoming more and more popular around the world, from
western countries and then to developing countries. Below
Properties make AAC have unmatchable property, especially for high
buildings:
1) Extreme Light Weight
2) Large Variety of Sizes
3) High Fire Resistant
4) Excellent Thermal Insulation
5) Great Sound Insulation
6) Moisture Protection
7) Termite Resistant
8) High Workability and Easy Processing
AAC is processed into various types & sizes of block and
insulation products and widely used in different industrial and
civil construction.
There are two types of concrete:
1) Compacted Concrete: 1, **0~2, **0 Kg/m3
2) Lightweight Concrete:
Lightweight Aggregate Concrete (Ceramsite Concrete, Perlite
Concrete): **0~1, **0 Kg/m3
Porous Concrete (Foam Concrete, Aerated Concrete): **0~**0
Kg/m3
AAC can be produced with sand, mineral slag, flay ash, tailings,
coal gangue, quicklime (CaO) and cement, as well as various
industrial wastes according to actual availability of raw material
and production technology.
AAC can be easily processed and reconditioned. Sawing, plating,
drilling, nailing, etc, are applied on AAC to make it more widely
applied in construction.
