APPROVED PROCEDURES: *1. Buyer sends ICPO and FPA to Seller with
full banking* *2. Seller send FCO to Buyer and Buyer will
countersign and return back to Seller.
3. Seller issues draft contract for buyer’s approval and sends it
back with amendments, Buyer will review contract and make any
amendments and return back to Seller, Seller will confirm his
approval of the changes on the contract by countersign and return
back to Buyer for countersign. 4. Buyer will instruct his bank to
send via Bank to Bank his ability to issue Transferable DLC or
Transferable SBLC and upon receipt by Seller’s Bank, Seller is Bank
will confirm Seller’s ability to deliver within
*2hrs.
5. Buyer’s Bank will issue Operative, Irrevocable, Unconditional
Transferrable DLC or Transferrable SBLC as per Seller’s
instruction on the contract within *2hrs from receipt of the
Seller’s Bank confirmation of delivery. 6. Shipment commence as per
contract.* 8. Buyer releases payment to the Seller and all
Brokers/Agents same time out shipment delivery per slot via SWIFT
fund transfer within five (*5) banking days after discharge of
cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping
documents**
