Description

  The grain dryer adopts mixed flow drying technology and belongs to mixed flow type dryer. The grain dryer is applicable to dry bean and rapeseed in grain depot, and edible oil factory.
 The mixed flow type dryer is the drying equipment taking hot air as the thermal medium. The inner part of grain dryer consists of staggered form angularity ventilation box. There is full of grain outside the angularity box. With the grain flowing down, the hot air goes in from flow inlet angularity box and passes through the grain layer in vertical direction, then the waste gas exhausts by the venting angularity box. The working principle of mixed flow dryer is the homonymous flow and reverse flow of the hot air and the grain flow which is called mixed flow. When the hot air passed through the grain layer, it exchanges and passes onto the heat and moisture with grain. The hot air passes the heat to the grain and elevates its temperature, and the moisture in the grain evaporates into the air and exhausts as waste gas. The dried hot grain flows down to the tempering section, making balance between the inner & outer layer temperature and the moisture so that the moisture is dehydrated uniformly. After the tempering section, the grain goes into the cooling section, the temperature decreasing to the storage temperature and discharging by the discharging grain section.
