Structure

PZ series reject separator mainly make up by top cover, rotor, screen panel, pedestal, and rotating device.

Top cover: It is equipped with sparge pipe and guide tube for slurry

 Rotor: Rotor is a hollow shaft with special structure, it has blade that are axial operation and helical cleaning board arranged alternately. The blade is used for beat and tears tail slag, and the cleaning board can cleaning the screen panel efficiency to keep the screen panel unimpeded.

 Screen panel:Screen panel appear to half-round, and it made by stainless steel. It has kinds of specifications, so that the customer could choose it based on the raw material and process.

 Rotating device:The rotating device used for install screen panel, top cover, rotor and so on.Besides,the fine slurry discharged from the slurry outlet, and the light impurities discharged from the deslagging outlet.
