Yinhuan Precision Steel Tube Co.,Ltd is the wholly-owned subsidiary
of Yinhuan Holding of Group Co.,Ltd is located in Yixing - the famous
Pottery Capital of China and one of the most important industrial
cities and business centers which lies to the west bank of the
Taihu Lake and in the center of the developed Yangtze River Delta.
Here the Nanjing-Hangzhou Freeway and the Wuxi-Yixing Freeway come

The company founded in ***2 is one of the National Key High-tech Enterprises and the Top Hundred Private Enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Till now it has three plants including the Stainless Steel Tube Plant, Alloy Steel Tube Plant and Precision Steel Tube Plant covering an area of **0,**0㎡ and with the staff of over ***0 members.
The company mainly
manufactures the YINHUAN brand series of precision seamless steel
tube including the Austenitic seamless steel tube, alloy steel
tube, duplex steel tube, bright carbon steel tube, Nickel-base
alloy tube and titanium steel tube, tube for condenser, U-bent tube
for high /low pressure feed water heater, Tube for nuclear power
equipment etc. with the outer diameter from 5mm to **0mm, the wall
thickness from 0.4mm to *0mm and the length till *3m. Now the
company has **5 sets of machinery equipments for manufacturing
various of seamless steel tubes, with **7 cold-rolling machines, *1
cold-drawing Machines ( with a new ***0T hydraulic pressure
cold-drawing Mill and a LG**0 Rolling Mill added), *5 heat
treatment furnaces ( including a atmosphere protective furnace and
a high temperature intenerating muffle furnace) included. The
company has also well equipped with comprehensive test and
inspection facilities, which are used for Chemical analysis,
metallographic examination, mechanical test, intergranular
corrosion test, hydrostatic test, Eddy current & ultrasonic
test, fiber scope inspection and PMI etc.
The company insists on locating the YINHUAN brand products on the High Property Seamless Steel Tube, for which it has been improving the product quality constantly and obtaining successively several production licenses for stainless steel, high pressure boiler tube, special equipment( Pressure Piping component) etc. and the Product Certificates as ASME/ASTMã€PED by French BV and British LRQA. It has also passed the certificates of ISO***1:***0 Quality Management System and the ISO****0:***4 Environment Management System. With these Efforts its product YINHUAN brand Seamless Steel Tube has been awarded for several years as the Top Quality Prize of Metallurgic Products: the Gold Cup Prize, while the YINHUAN brand High Pressure Boiler Tube obtained the Reputation of ***7 China Top Brand Product.
