This paste is used mainly on Mainly Denim Fabrics and High Quality
Garments etc. It is water-based environmental printing binder
system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.
Chemical Nature: Specialty Resin Compound, Titanium Dioxide,
etc.
Appearance: white HCG**2; milky HCG**0
PH value: **8
Features: Excellent Resistance to Rub and Wash Using Soap and
Detergents, Excellent Resistance to Snow Wash, Stone Wash, Acid
Wash, Bleaching Wash, Enzyme Wash
Formula:

For medium color intensity: HCG***2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %.
Printing process: textile printing→air dry→****4 hours for full
cure→2 hours of washing fastness at *0℃ for 5 times or more after
full cure.
Packing: *5kgs/PP barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/PP barrel for HCG**0
Attention:
3%*5% special catalyst to be used for better performance. Once it
is added, the paste must be all used within 8 hours or be
discarded.
