This paste is widely used on Nylon, Cotton and Polyester Fabrics,
Paper and Wooden Substrates, General Fabrics. It is water-based
environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC,
phthalate and heavy metals.
Chemical Nature: Acrylic Copolymeric Compound and Foam Powder
Appearance: yellowish paste
PH value: 5.**7.5
Features: Smooth Foam Surface and heavy hand, Excellent Elasticity,
Washing fastness and Flexibility
Formula: HCG**2 *0%**0%, elastic white paste *0%, clear
paste *0%, dependant on the puff-up effect and color shade.
Printing process: HCG**2 printing→ air dry→**0℃ for *0 to *5
seconds through dryer→ 2 hours of washing fastness at *0℃ after
full cure.
