Origin: Liberia, Guinea and other parts of West Africa
Quantity: ***0 kilograms (TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND TEN KILOGRAMS) over (*2) months at the following tranches:
Tranches: (*2) tranches; partial shipment allowed
Purity: *1% minimum purity and *2 carats from origin.
Final Packing: each bar 5 Kg DORE BAR in metal.
Delivery: To a refinery of buyer’s choice anywhere in the world "Incoterms CIF ASWP".

Price: Based on 2nd London fixing
Discount: (*2%) percent gross (*0% NETT) to CIP to the buyer. Commission of 2 % is paid by the buyer to his agents or commission determined by the buyer if the buyer wants 2 % pb to be issued then the gross discount is *0% only.
Payment: 5 days after refinery results by irrevocable, transferable, divisible, revolving, standby letter of credit OR BG confirmed by New York Bank or any money center bank payable on demand for **0% value in favor of the Seller or its designee according to the contract.
