Description
Stainless Steel Wire is produced by further cold-drawn from
Hot-rolled wire rod. In accordance with cutting area, there are
round wire, square wire, rectangular wire, triangle wire, Ellipse
wire, flat wire, trapezoid wire, Z shape wire, etc. Classifying
according to size, there are ultra-fine wire (Diameter<0.1mm),
Smaller wire (Diameter from 0.1 to 0.5mm), Small wire (Diameter
from 0.5 to 1.5mm), Medium wire (Diameter from 1.5 to 3.0mm), Wide
wire (Diameter from 3.0 to 6.0mm), Wider Wire (Diameter from 6.0 to
8.0mm), Ultra-wide wire (Diameter>8.0mm).

Weaving use Stainless Steel Wire: Stainless Steel has
characteristics of corrosion resistance after annealing in process,
the wire finish is bright and shiny. Package weight and length of
spool can be controlled according to customer's requirements. It is
widely used in applications such as weaving and knitting wire
cloth/mesh, braiding for flexible hoses, etc.
Spring use Stainless Steel Wire: Available as bare, soap coated,
resin coated as well as Cu-Ni coated wire, suitable for high speed
automatic spring forming.
Rope Wire use Stainless Steel Wire: For producing wire rope and
strand. Due to its bright and clean finish the wire rope and/or
strand has a shinny and bright surface and well received for
long-lasting and decorative construction industry applications.
Brush use Stainless Steel Wire: In spools, coils or cut length,
with tensile strength as required by the users.
Electro Polishing Quality Stainless Steel Wire: For surgical
utensils and other as kitchen and bathroom products.
Pin use Stainless Steel Wire: Surgical, fishing tackle, textile
machinery and other applications requiring fin wire with accurate,
