Application
RL-IIN is a new generation of receiving material developed by the second film factory of Lucky Group itself. It has achieved excellent performance both at He-Ne laser typesetters and red-laser diode imagesetter to get high quality image.

Main Properties
Hard dots, excellent image quality
Low fog density, transparent film at ordinary processing conditions, maximum density up to more than 4.0
Wide exposure and developing latitude, suitable for rapid access at high temperature
Loading the film under room light, it is convenient and fast.

Package
The package of these three kinds of room light films can be selected according to the type of machine. The films can be loaded under room light conveniently and rapidly.
1. Room light film-feeder can be used as one-time cartridge.
2. Soft flange package can be easily placed in the special cartridge of the machine.
3. Hard flange package is suitable for machine with axis of *1.9mm diameter.
Regular diameter: *8.6mm, *0.8mm, *1.9mm
Surface of emulsion layer: Inward or outward

Unpacking
Room light loading film can be put into a special cassette of the imagesetter under room light.
Dark-room loading film should be put into a special cassette of the imagesetter under dark
Green light or total darkness.
Handle with care to prevent from damage of friction, folding, oil sludge and finger prints.

Exposure
Correct exposure conditions should be finalized by tests according to the different types of
Machines and age conditions of diodes.

Processing
Chemicals of HuaGuang HG****0 or HG****3II are recommended, other similar chemicals can also be used.
Recommended developing conditions as follows.

Developing Tem. ****6 degree **5 degree
Developing Time ****0 sec. **5sec.

*Would be the first option of development conditions for customers.
Fixing time: *2 degree

Storage
Store it cool and dry. Storage temperature should be lower than *0 degree and RH less than *5%. If it is too humid and warm, the film shelf life would be shortened.
Avoid sunlight, radioactive or harmful substances.

Guarantee Period
*8 months.
