Acrylic Acid Cross linking agent can be widely used in flocking, printing, water-based 

coatings, waterproof, fire retardant, non-woven fabric processing and coating technology. 

After using this product can improve the adhesive fastness, effectively improve the washing fastness of textiles, 

dry cleaning fastness, color fastness, adhesion strength ; This product stable at room temperature , 

cross-linking at high temperature (*****0°C), it can be use as cross-linking agent of acrylic emulsion and polyurethane emulsion in alkaline system .

Can be used as adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent, reinforcing agent, can be added into dispersion or aqueous solution 

of the adhesives, many kinds of resins, polymers compound. After drying or heat process the effect will be excellent.

Properties

1.Not contain formaldehyde; It\'s wouldn\'t produce formaldehyde during the using process.

2.Not react at room temperature, cross-linked at high temperature (*0 ~ **0 °C) 

3.Added into the printing paste, you can dramatically improve the rubbing fastness of printing fabric, and not impact to the hand feeling.

4.When useing this product please added it into the water-based acrylic 

resin and water-based polyurethane emulsion. 

After heat treatment it can significantly improve the bonding strength.

Application 

1. For the pigment printing, the dosage is 2%*5% of the adhesive.

2. The dosage for use as a inside additives is **3% of total system, the process temperature should be over **0 centigrade. 

The higher temperature the shorter of the process time.

Packing & Storage

**5 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for *2 months sealed in cool, airy and dry place.
