Freight: Freight by party.  Unloading  of Material in buyer scope. Any detention /demurrage at destination shall be to buyer account.

QUALITY DEVIATION: IN CASE OF DEVIATION IN QUALITY AS PER P.O, ONLY WRITTEN COMPLAINT FROM CUSTOMERS ARE ACCEPTED AND OUR CHEMIST/QC REPRESENTATIVE  WILL ATTEND THE COMPLAINT AND ANY DECISSION/CLAIM SETTELMENT SHALL BE ON JOINT ANALYSIS REPORT.
