gravity casting mould and aluminum roto-mould.

Wooden pattern workshop, 6 processing centers, 6 digital linear
cutters, 5 digital controlled millers, and so on, are set up in our
factory.
3, Nice years of making aluminum roto-mould and molding
plastic parts, we accumlated experience of handling and resolving
various difficulty in structure and accurancy.
4, we have R& D department. They can deal with
tech-drawings composed by pro-engineer, CAD, solid works,
unigraphics (majorly) , and mastercam.
5, generally, our lead time in making mould is *5 days. It
varies per to the design of mould.
6, roto-molding OEM service. We have Eight roto-machines, one
of them has three arms and each of which is of **0 inches
long and is able to mold products within **0 inches long.
7, we'd like to help assembling parts to a complete product
based on our extremely competitive cost.
8, foaming is available as we have a foaming injection machine
to make cases strong.
