Description

The anti-static PE bag is made through the blow molding of LDPE and LLDPE. The anti-static additive, color pigment and stability ingredient are added. Then it is heat sealed and cut into bag form.
It possesses all the characteristics of common PE bag as well as the anti-static function. As an outer package, it not only lowers cost but also protects electronic products from static damage caused by mutual friction between the insulators. It is the first choice for packaging of general electric products like printed circuit board and PBC.
Its technical indexes are as follows: in accordance with MIL-B*****5B the inner and outer surface resistance is **8Ω*-≤***1Ω.
According to the requirements of customers it can be made into sheet material, coiled material and flat open bag. The color can also be customized.
