As to downstream market, operation rates of large-sized TPU
factories are satisfactory while that of small-sized factories are
poor. Overall operation rates in PU resin industry are not high and
orders are limited; PU resin prices may decline due to upstream
feed stocks’ declining prices. In East China, PU resin by wet
process is RMB**********0/ton and PU resin by dry process is
RMB**********0/ton in business negotiations. In Southern China
market, PU resin by dry process is basically RMB**********0/ton,
while PU resin by wet process is RMB**********0/ton.....
In spandex field, the factories run with high operation rates. As
the spandex factories will reduce productions to stabilize prices
in later period, the PTMEG market prices in spandex field may fall
back. It is predicted that PTMEG market prices in spandex field
will be stable with a slight of decrease.....
In a word, it is predicted that domestic PTMEG market will remain
weak in near future.....
