Full adhesive
system      Â
Full adhesive system conforms to the idea of traditional
installation, It is recommended for exposed waterproof
construction, such as dam, bridge, swimming pool,
etc.      Â

Steps: 1. adhere the EPDM membrane directly to the smooth and clean
substrate like concrete deck, insulation board, etc.
      Â
2. Adjust membrane to make sure the overlaps is no less than *0cm
and wiped clean.
      Â
3. Then, apply special adhesive evenly to both the substrate and
the membrane laps or seam tape.
      Â
4. After minutes, press it securely and finish with
sealant.      Â

Border adhesive
system      Â
Border adhesive system is specially designed for underground and
roofs which have wide, flat roof decks and bear heavy loads like
accessible roof, planting roof, inversion roof. It is also
economical and easy to
install.      Â

Steps: 1. Spreading the waterproof membrane over the substrate.

2. All membrane laps should at least be *0cm and should be wiped

3. Splice all membrane laps and edges with Hongyuan adhesive or
seam tape. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
4. Finish with

Mechanical fastened
system      Â
Mechanical fastened system combines sound and durable quality with
simple and easy installation. It is environment friendly since it
does not use much organic solvent. It is cost-efficient and
suitable for large
projects.      Â

Steps: 1. Loosely lay the EPDM membrane on top of concrete roof
deck or insulation board.Â
      Â
2. Then, fix it with Hongyuan fastener.Â
      Â
3. All membrane laps should be at least *0 cm and should be wiped
clean.       Â
4. Splice all membrane laps with Hongyuan adhesive or seam
tape.       Â
5. Finish with

Attentions      Â
â– Storage: EPDM material should be stored in well-ventilated
place and avoid being exposed to the sun or rain. It only
can be put horizontally in five-level, avoiding acid, alkali, oil
and organic
solvents.      Â
â– Substrate treatment: substrate should be firm, smooth,
clean and dryness (moisture content ≤9%), no dust
pollution.      Â
â– Do not install in raining, snowy and category five or
above wind
days.      Â
