The radish (Raphanus sativus) is
an edible root vegetable of the Brassicaceae family that was
domesticated in Europe, in pre-Roman times. They are grown and
consumed throughout the world. Radishes have numerous varieties,
varying in size, color and duration of required cultivation time.
Radish red colorant, a pure natural and water soluble color, is
extracted from radish we planted locally. The main processes are
checking, washing, slicing, extracting, isolating, filtrating,
purifying, concentrating, sterilizing, spraying and drying. Its
main ingredient is Anthocyanidin.

is different. It appears as orange under acidic conditions and
stable from pH1 to pH6, but unstable under alkaline conditions, and
become to blue from pH7 to pH*2.
