Aerated concrete belongs to
silicate product. In foreign counties, it has nearly history of a
century. Aerated concrete has many advantages such as: light
weight, good sound insulation and thermal insulation properties,
etc.
Our factory is professional
manufacturer of autoclave aerated concrete plant in China. We
support 4m, 4.2m, 4.8m and 6m series AAC complete plants for
Guangdong, Zhejiang, Henan Provinces. The equipment produced by our
factory has become generally using equipment for the old and new
AAC block manufactures.

â…¤ Production process
1. Batching
raw materials;
2. After
batching, put the mixed raw materials into pouring machine, and
make it into mixed slurry;
3. Pouring
the mixed slurry into mould after agitated well;
4. After
pre-curing after a period of time, the green cakes can be cut after
they meet a certain hardness;
5. The
hanger can turn over the mould *0°overhead;
6. Demoulding
device is used for separating the mould and green cake. Then, the
hanger hangs the green cake with side panel to cutting
vehicle;
7. The
cutting machine cuts two sides of the green cake vertically
first;
8. Then,
cutting green cakes in longitudinal direction;
9. Finally,
horizontal cutting in vertical direction, and removing the
burrs.
*0. The cut green cakes with side panels are hang to
steaming vehicle by semi-finished products hanger;
*1. Grouping the cut green cakes, and moving into
autoclave;
*2. Steaming the green cakes in
autoclaves;
*3. The final products move out of autoclaves after
steaming;
*4. Stacking the final AAC blocks by final product
hanger;
*5. Loading the final AAC blocks after
packaging;
*6. Side panels return along with its
railway;
*7. Side panels combine with mould frames;
*8. Cleaning the side panels and moulds, waiting for
next pouring;
*9. Distributing steel bars for floor
panels.
