General
Type IH chemical centrifugal pump is used for transferring corrosive liquid without solid particles and viscosity similar to water in chemical works. The temperature of the liquid usually is *0℃~**5℃. The maximum working pressure of the pump is 1.6MPa, Inlet pressure can not be over 0.6MPa.

Description of pump type
For example    IH*0 — *2 — **5A
IH — Single — stage single — suction chemical centrifugal pump.
*0 — Inlet diameter of pump is *0mm.
*2 — Outlet diameter of pump is *2mm.
**5 — Impeller nominal diameter is **5mm.
A — Outer diameter of impeller is changed.
 
Construction
The pump is single-stage single-suction overhanging centrifugal pump. The pump is back pull-out type. It is unneceesry to disturb the inlet piping, outlet piping and pump casing, the impeller can be dismantled for maintenance. The shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal according to customers’ requirements. The pump uses rolling bearings which get lubricated with dilute oil.
 
The direction of rotation
The rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to the  pump.
 
The material of main parts of the pump  
The medium-contacting parts are made of alloy stainless steel, material No. ZG1Cr*8Ni9 and ZGCr*8Ni*2Mo2Ti, etc.

Pump, motor, common bedplate, coupling, check valve and sluice valve.
