Titanium MMO anode

The MMO (Mixed Metal Oxides) coated Titanium Anode is created for various applications and industries. It is based on Titanium (substrate) and coated with active precious Mixed Metal Oxides. The special coating activates the Anode and provides excellent electrolytic properties. This acts well in different types of atmospheres including those with extremely low pH level (under 1), and high chloride concentration. The unique configuration of the Anodes makes them an ideal choice for a wide variety of systems like Cathodic Protection System for buried structures, pipe lines, steel in concrete, ships, jetties and wharfs.

MMO COATING & CURRENT OUTPUT
Our MMO coating greatly extends the life of the Anode (low wear and tear rate) and provides excellent resistance to acidic condition. MMO coated Titanium Sheet Anodes, Tubular Anodes, Rod Anodes and Mesh Anodes are available in different shapes, forms, sizes and lengths as per the customers request.

APPLICATION
Our (TTCI) MMO coated Titanium Anodes are applicable for De-colorization of water, Metal Winning Process, Repair, Refurbishment and Replacement of Anodes, Water and Waste Water Treatment.

TYPES
Our different types of Anodes with MMO (Mixed Metal Oxides) coatings are:

1. Ruthenium - Iridium -Titanium Anode: It is used in Water Electrolysis, Sewage Treatment, Caustic Potash, Cathodic Protection, Chlorate Industry, Hyper Chlorite Industry, Recycling of Waste Water, Production of Persulphate, and Sterilization of Food Appliances.

2. Iridium -Tantalum - Titanium Anode: This is used in Electrowinning, Production of Electrolysis Silver, Recycling of Waste Water in Wool Spinning Plant, Rhodium Plating, Palladium Plating, Gold Plating, Electrolysis of Water, Electrolysis of Fusion Salt, Battery Producing, and Cathodic Production.

3. Ruthenium - Titanium Anode: It is applied for Sewage Treatment, Bromide Cell, Electroplating, Electro Dialysis, Electrogalvansing and Refining
