Dear Client:
Whatever you have your current suppliers or we help to source the
suppliers for you, we will work as your own liaisons to provide you
supply Chain management service in China:
1) Place order under your assignment, help suppliers to understand
well on Po requirements
2) Coordination of samples (both pre-production and production
reference samples)
3) Follow up production, report project schedule
4) On-going coordination between supplier and client to ensure
delivery of desired products, units ordered, lead times, packing
methods, etc
5) Organizing lab test if needed
6) Liaison with secondary vendors related to the PO such as client
appointed raw material providers, printers & packaging
provider
7) Arranging 3rd Party Quality Inspections on site at supplier’s
production facility.
8) Consultation and coordination of Export Licensing and China
Customs Clearance.
9) Logistics Support in the form of Documentation Review and
coordination of shippers, and brokers in China and in the client’s
home market.
*0) Payment agency service: help to transfer payment to
suppliers.
Pricing:
1) Our price on supply management depends on the complexity of the
product, number of suppliers and the frequency of orders, most of
supply management projects are invoiced in the form of a monthly
retainer and/or percentage of the PO value.
2) Client will benefit from our efficient and effective supply
chain management, which will be more than the retainer to us.
