Description

1. Seller Issues Draft Sales and Purchase Agreement Contract open for Amendment if any, to buyer

 And buyer Sign and Sealed and return Sales Purchase Agreement back to Seller via Seller mandate.

1.     In order to give the Buyer , all guarantees he need and to probe that our offer is absolutely real, we

authorize Buyer’s Bank to contact Seller’s Bank in order to verbally verify, by bank officials, the existence

 of POP at Seller’s name and the Buyer’s financial capacity, to close the purchase

We also invite the Buyer’s to have a TT meeting in Malaga to check the full POP, before to issue the LC.

2.     Buyer Issue an Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving, Divisible Documentary Letter of Credit

(ITRDDLC) AND Seller will send FULL POP.  

4. POP Document are listed below:

A. STATEMENT OF AVIALABILITY OF PRODUCT

B. COMMITMENT TO SUPPLY,

C. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

D. EXPORT LICENCE

E. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

F. PRODUCT PASSPORT (DIP TEST RESULT)

5. Upon Confirmation of buyer payment for the Title Transfer Deed at the Seller bank Account, Seller will transfer all document to buyer and the Current SGS Report that was carried out the Port of Loadingcorresponding with the Quality and Quantity of the production the Tank and the following POP Document as listed below;

 

AStorage Tank Receipt for the lift able product

B. Dip Test Authorization,

C. Current SGS” Inspection Certificate corresponding with the Quality and Quantity of the

Product in the Tank,

D. Product ownership Certificate of Title,

E. Transfer of Ownership/Title Transfer to Buyer,

F. Bill of Lading AND Q*8.

G. All related documents for the transaction of the product from the Seller’s reservoir to the loading port.

6. Seller pay all intermediary involved within *8hours upon receipt of payment instrument.
