OPERATION DEMAND
I.Weigh relative water into the dissolve tank according to the quantity ratio (5%:1:7~9; *0%:1:3~6; *0%:1~3),rise the temperature to *0~**0C while stirring,then pour relative quantity of iron dextran powder into it slowly.Keep the temperature at *0~**0C,stir for one hour.
II.Open the cooling water to make the temperature to below *0C,adjust the pH around 5.5~6.5 with diluted hydrochloric acid.
III.Filter by 0.*2Um millipore filter,test the iron dextran solution.Then according the tested result,confect to required solution according to the formula:

IV.Filling,Sealing and Sterilization(**5C *0 minutes or **1C *0 minutes)after Ultra-filtration.
