Technical Features:
This scraper conveyor mainly is composed of head drive part, line pan, unloading groove, retractable tail and scraper chain and has the following features:
1. The whole machine has good bending, vertical bending not only meets the change of working face height, but also meets height changes of drop and lift of comprehensive hydraulic support moving, horizontal bending needs to meet the requirements of propelling space, when comprehensive hydraulic support moving.
2. The whole machine has high connection strength, line pan uses the casting ledge and wear-resistant plate welding together, middle of groove is connected by dumbbell to meet strength requirements of moving support, reduce maintenance and improve the service life.
3. Line pan uses overlapping mobile flashboard form, two sides respectively have a trsportation cylinder to control mobile flashboard pass in and out and complete the filling of materials.
4. Scraper chain uses double-middle or double-side structure, the round link chain uses compact chain, the scraper selects high-strength materials, go through overhall tempering and two ends quenching heat treatment process, and then uses the mode of two-end surfacing wear-resisting layer to ensure the scraper’s strength, stiffness and abrasion resistance, to improve its service life.
5. The tail is retractable tail and uses compact hydraulic tension, mechanical locking retractable mechanism, which is convenient to adjust chain’s pretightening force, and ensures the chain moderate tension, makes the chain and chain wheel be in good meshing state, by which significantly reduces the accidents of jumping and biting of chain, therefore, it can effectively improve chain wheel and chain’s service life.
