brass press fitting coupling (union) is made of brass body,EDPM seal rings,stainless steel SUS **4 sleeve and plastic ring.

Brass body material can be CW**7N, CW**2N, Hpb***1, Hpb***2, Hpb***3, etc;brass body superficial treatment can be tin-plating and nickel-plating.

Two sides with SUS**4 sleeve can connect the same size pipe by pressing of jaw to unite pipes together.

Production process: cutting brass bar ino different sections according to diferent product****-heating these sections in intermediate frequency furnace****-hot stamping****-cutting burr****-shot blast and shot penning****-mechanizing by meter lath and CNC****-inspecting **0%****-assembling****-testing and packing.

Special design assures **0% safety after assembling EDPM seal rings, SUS**4 sleeve and multilayer pipes.
